RobotX Inc. is an AI robotics company dedicated to enable robots to perform a wide range of tasks in both home and industrial settings—addressing challenges like labor shortages, dangerous jobs, and repetitive work. We are expanding fast, delivering next-generation humanoid robots, robotic dogs, and service robots to hotels, restaurants, schools, government agencies, and enterprise clients.

You will be RobotX on the ground. When a hotel, campus, or industrial customer goes live, you own the deployment from site survey to handoff — and you bring back the field knowledge that makes the next deployment faster.

Our Mission

To enhance human capabilities through advanced artificial intelligence.

Our Vision

To deploy autonomous robots globally and help solve critical challenges in the labor economy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute customer deployments end to end: site survey, network setup, mapping, configuration, acceptance testing, and operator training.
  • Keep deployed fleets healthy — monitor uptime, triage incidents, and apply fixes on site or remotely.
  • Translate customer workflows into robot task configurations and document them so they can be repeated.
  • Capture structured field feedback and work with engineering to turn it into product improvements.
  • Build runbooks, checklists, and tooling that let deployments scale without scaling headcount.
  • Represent RobotX professionally with facility managers, operations staff, and executives on site.

Ideal Candidate

  • B.S. in Robotics, Computer Science, or an engineering discipline, or equivalent experience in field robotics or systems integration.
  • 2+ years deploying or supporting complex technical systems in customer environments.
  • Working proficiency with Linux, Python, Git, and ROS; comfortable reading logs and network traces.
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts across software, hardware, and networking.
  • Calm under pressure and clear in communication, including with non-technical customers.
  • Able to travel regularly, including multi-day trips, and to lift and move robot hardware.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with hospitality, facilities, logistics, or construction operations.
  • Prior customer-facing role at a robotics or industrial automation company.
  • Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Spanish.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Performance bonuses
  • Opportunities for rapid promotion as the company scales
